North Carolina paper notes Moss at Triangle’s Gettin’ Piggy With It BBQ Festival

In their feature on the North Carolina Triangle’s Getting Piggy With it BBQ festival, The News & Observer noted Elliott Moss return to the state after launching his own BBQ restaurant in Florence, South Carolina.

In all there are 17 top pitmasters, including out-of-staters Brandon Olson of King BBQ in Charleston and Elliott Moss of the new Elliott’s in Florence, SC, the follow-up whole hog restaurant to his pioneering Buxton Hall in Asheville.
